Multi-site Accommodation Manager
Work with us at two of our client's luxury student accommodation sites! If you have excellent rapport building skills and have an interest in working in a client facing role this could be just the opportunity for you!
Managing a small team in these buildings, the duties will include the following:
* Ensure that all visitors and residents receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome.
* Work with the Assistant Manager to ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently
* Work with assistants to show new potential tenants around rooms with the aim of converting viewings into room bookings
* Manage facilities tasks and escalate any maintenance issues to the maintenance operative when necessary
* Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner
* Build strong working relationships and provide an excellent service to all tenants
* Work with the team to coordinate events and provide an excellent environment for the students to live in
* Ensure that health and safety and fire regulations are met
* Undertake room inspections and report any issues
* Use local knowledge to ensure that visitors and residents are aware of local amenities and attractions to maximise their stay
* Ensure that budgets are met
* Management of a small team, providing mentoring, training and guidance
* Participate in client meetings and conference calls at scheduled times throughout the month

* Experience within student accommodation is desirable
