EllisKnight International are working with a fantastic boutique company based in Pangbourne who are looking for a Events executive to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based within an excellent working environment in beautiful surroundings with free onsite parking.
This exciting and varied role will require working alongside and reporting to the Events & Marketing Manager with a focus on the growth of sales and the delivery of events. A proven record of sales and event management, allied to a customer focused and problem-solving attitude is essential as you support the growth of business and help the team deliver both short and long-term objectives. Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Events Manager with the delivery and growth of the budget for events
- Detailed use and maintenance of the CRM system
- Respond to and manage all events enquiries and provide all associated client support from the initial enquiry through to post event analysis and correspondence
- Support the Events Manager while taking lead on raising, processing and monitoring the status of all invoices and related contracts
- Work closely with the Events Manager in preparing and managing all catering and logistical requirements (staff, catering, and prizes etc) as well as colleague briefings for each specific event
- Responsible for completing post event administration in timely manner (invoices & correspondence)
- Participate in the monthly sales meeting to discuss revenue vs budget
- Responsible for meeting the set monthly events sales targets
- Attend off site events where required
