Are you chartered/studying Financial Adviser or paraplanner with a minimum of a level 4 diploma?

EllisKnight have a great opportunity to join this well-established and growing financial advisory and wealth management business that will support your future study, career development and technical ability.
The client has created a quality focused approach where their Advisors are able to focus on making the best decisions for their clients, putting their clients first and driving continuous improvement. When clients rate the service that you give them as excellent, you will add into your bonus structure, giving you the opportunity to generate realistic earnings of £75,000 in your first year, and significantly more in future years.
By focussing on quality advice and client service, they create an environment where you are not required to generate your own leads! Instead they have a designated sales & marketing team that creates the leads so you can focus on the important elements of your expertise; advice, client relationship management & service quality.
You will also be supported throughout your client journey by a qualified technical department that will work on investigation and report writing for you.
This is all provided to ensure you can deliver value to each client and build the relationship with them rather than be distracted by administrative and technical/administrative processes.
We do require a minimum of a level 4, diploma in financial planning (i.e. DipPFS, DipFA) to be considered for these roles.
Location/s:
These roles are office based and ideally located out of the Warwickshire office (B69) however we can be flexible on location (West Oxon/Bucks or Warwickshire) for the right candidates.
