This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high end student accommodation provider. This will involve managing small team at one of our client's Luxury sites.
Based very close to Cardiff town centre, the site is easily accessible via public transport. There is also parking close by
Salary: £30,000 per annum
You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 per week) 9am - 5:30pm
You will be responsible for the following duties:- Ensure that all visitors and residents receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome
- You will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for ensuring that all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently
- Prompt collection of rents and ensuring that the site budgets are managed effectively
- Assist with room viewings and work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager to maximise occupancy
- Assist with the delivery of the sites marketing strategy
- Build strong working relationships with the University Accommodation Team
- Ensure that any maintenance/facilities issues are address and rectified in a timely manner
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Undertake room inspections and work with team to resolve any issues
- Use local knowledge to ensure that visitors and residents are aware of local amenities and attractions to maximise their stay
- Being part of the on-call rota for any emergencies
- Manage a small team, delivering excellent training and continued mentoring
The skills/attributes that we are seeking are:- Experience within facilities management, property management or hospitality sectors
- Experience of working to budgets and targets
- Experience of managing KPI reports
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, students and visitors
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Client focused approach
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised and proactive approach
- The ability to multi task and manage changing priorities
