We are looking for a a highly organised, super star Administrator to support the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a sales or business development environment and be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and juggling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Email and diary support for Head of Business Development to ensure opportunities are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Lead list research and building for the team outbound calls.
- Customer account management administration support.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Sustainability and ESG research.
- CRM administration support.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the team administrators to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Inbound and MQL allocation.
- Coordinate involvement the team at events, including booking of travel and accommodation, where necessary.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Administration and/or secretarial experience in a sales or business development environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Great communicator and confident speaking with both our staff and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills and can deliver quality work to agreed deadlines, maintaining clear focus under pressure is a must.
- A passion for sustainability and purpose driven.
- Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor.
- Ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.
This is ideally a full-time position but four days per week will be considered. Working predominantly from home with optional team days in London once a week.
