Our client is an award-winning wholesaler with lovely offices based in Swindon. They're currently looking for a motivated Customer Service/Sales Support Advisor. You will report to the Customer Service & Product Manager, joining the existing six team members to support the ongoing growth of the business, within their Head Office in Swindon.
The role will include regular telephone & email contact with end users & trade customers. The reason for contact, will vary from specification queries to in-depth customer complaints and it will be your responsibility to identify the issue and resolve, in a cost effective and quick manner. Case management, using their purpose-built Cloud Customer Management system is an important part of the position, to help the business identify ongoing issues and improve future product production of their own branded machines.
Sales Support will also be necessary as they move towards a multi-skilled team. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload is essential, along with excellent administrative & telephone skills. Full on the job training will be provided, but knowledge of Windows based software will be required, particularly Excel.

- Efficient and adaptable, with good all-round administrative abilities.
- Supporting end users, trade customers and logistical departments/carriers.
In Season Hours: Feb to Oct - Mon to Fri 08.00 - 17.00 (30 minutes lunch) - 42.5 hours per week.
Out of Season Hours: Nov to Jan - Mon to Fri 08.30 - 17.00 (30 minutes lunch) - 40 hours per week.
