A leading company in the Build to Rent (BTR) sector is looking for a 'Customer Service Team Lead' to join their team, based in West Sussex.
The company is one of the fastest growing in BTR, building and operating large-scale developments of apartments with enhanced amenities and services for hundreds of residents.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of four people.
Areas of responsibility will include:
- Customer service - supporting residents at multiple sites across the UK
- Property management - coordinating apartment and building maintenance
- Lettings - handling enquiries, securing new tenancies, and arranging move-ins
- Rent collection - securing payments, including through legal processes
The successful candidate will be somebody who loves interacting with people and has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in property management and/or residential accommodation (BTR, student, lettings, property management, HMOs) is preferred.
The salary range for this role is £26-28k, based on experience, and there will also be a performance-related bonus.
