Customer Contact Advisor
EllisKnight are partnered with a fantastic National Business who are developing their customer contact function and are now looking for a Customer Contact Advisor to join the team. This will be a home-based role although we would ask that the Head Office is commutable for training and meetings when required.
This role will be starting on a 3-month contract working Saturday & Sunday 9:30am - 5:30pm. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in customer contact be that enquiries, complaints via phone, live chat, email, social media. You will also be asked to monitor and respond to customer comments on digital platforms e.g. social media and more.
Skills- Ability to work in a targeted fast paced role.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Computer literate:
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- CRM systems
- Social media sites
- Online platforms e.g.
- Support desk
- Review sites
