EllisKnight currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing and successful client as an Order Administrator - Fluent Italian speaking.
The Order Administrator will be supporting the Operations Manager to ensure that all relevant equipment, stock and resources are sent to the appropriate locations. The duties will include the following:- Ensure that appropriate documentation is received and saved accordingly.
- Ensure that all orders are entered on to the company system.
- Raise Purchase Order Requests
- Liaise with other areas of the business i.e warehouse
- Enter any new suppliers onto the system.
- Create shipping requests and instruct the warehouse.
- Raise and books shipments as requested.
- Deal with queries from the help desk regarding new and replacement equipment in an effective and timely manner.
- Ensure all timescales are communicated with all relevant departments.
- Work closely with Project Managers to communicate each stage of the process.
For this position we are seeking the following skills/attributes:
- Fluent Italian and English - Speak & Write
- Excellent eye for detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong team player
- Methodical and organised approach
For this position we are considering recent graduates looking to gain experience and candidates with administrative skills. Our clients are very happy to provide training if you have the necessary attributes.
