IT Applications Support Lead (Support Services)

EllisKnight are partnered with a fantastic growing business who are now looking to recruit a IT Applications Support Lead, you will manage the IT application services and packages used by the companies support functions to support key business functions.

We are looking for someone with experience of systems development, project management and/or service management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL etc), and experience of working in an IT technical and operational environment. You will have experience of basic business analysis and systems design, as well as good knowledge and understanding of IT Applications and Technology.

An excellent communicator, you will possess a strong business and customer/client focus, have good technical problem-solving skills, and be adept at providing telephone and face-to-face support and guidance.
Other skills and experience required include:

• Professional or academic qualification in IT to A level.
• Knowledge of Moodle LMS.
• Knowledge of and experience working with a broad set of corporate IT initiatives and applications and other business SaaS applications and emerging solutions.
• Able to define, plan and implement an application strategy.
