EllisKnight International are working with a fantastic boutique company based in Pangbourne who are looking for a Clothing Shop Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based within an excellent working environment in beautiful surroundings with free onsite parking.
The job would be full-time position with a strong focus on growing the e-commerce side of the business, working Monday to Friday and every other Saturday - the working hours would be 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an earlier finish on the Saturday. The role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- The smooth running of the store - including all areas of commercial development, reviewing stock levels, visual merchandising and ensuring high standards
- Overseeing the day to day running of the store including shop-floor cover
- Setting KPI's, identifying commercial targets and setting retail objectives
- Minimising product markdowns and eliminating stock loss
- Offering exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring a memorable client experience
- Delivering a strong and commercial visual representation for each brand in-store
- Managing the profit & loss of the business through the analysis of key trade reports
- Maintaining and growing the customer database through online CRM activities and digital channels
- Overseeing the business' social media channels and utilising these for client development
- Handling the till payments, cash handling and daily reconciliation reports
- Developing the e-commerce side of our business through the website/online store
