Head of Commercial Planning & Steering
Ellis Knight are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer of premium appliances, who are looking for a Head of Commercial Planning & Steering to join their Oxfordshire based office.
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of commercial activities through state of the art analytical, planning and operational tools. Shows pro-active business partnering with all areas of the business, ensures structure account planning for all key players within each channel and support the implementation of key commercial activities such as selective distribution agreements, POS excellence, field sales excellence and margin business improvement plans. Coordinates the sales input of the S&OP process.
The role will play a critical part in commercial planning activities of all 3 markets within the cluster; GB, Ireland & South Africa.
Person Specification
- University Degree
- Advanced Business Acumen
- 5 Years+ Experience in sales, marketing or project management
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial co-piloting / experience in function
- Critical thinking capability
- Relationship builder, locally and internationally
- Customer orientated, able to influence and lead senior customer networks
- Mobile & willing to travel
