- Description
ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operational and business requirements of the Warehouse & Transport functions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountable for implementing the Companies Standard Operational Policies, Procedures and Practices including Health and Safety. Take a proactive approach to drive the Site forward with new initiatives, whilst creating a positive working environment and culture for team members.
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITES:
Operational:
- Effect smooth implementation of Company Policies, Practices and Procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring all Warehouse Operational Staff (Transport and Warehouse), comply with all aspects of Legal and Company defined legislations and policies.
- Achievement of pre-determined profit & cost objectives.
- Delivery of routine KPI targets.
- Ensure that Company initiatives are monitored and driven effectively.
- Ensuring Site Stock levels are maintained relevant to pre-determined Stock Profile.
- Ensure targeted growth of Sales through continuing Business Development Program.
